But London's shops just didn't have what we desired. That's when a great idea sparked - why not create these treats myself and share the joy with everyone?

Fueled by this passion, we embarked on a special course dedicated to the art of chocolate-covered berries. It wasn't just about mastering the art of tempering chocolate (although that's important too!). We learned everything, from selecting the finest quality berries to the skills needed to run a business and bring these yummy treats to you.
